Permanently delete a splat owned by the supplied external user. This also removes its S3 assets (single file or LOD folder), splat-view records, and releases the external user's storage quota.

All three headers are required:

The splat must belong to the integration tied to the keys, and its externalUserId must match the header value. Otherwise the response is 404.

REST API access is included on Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Storage, Scene counts, and integration limits still apply.

Side effects, executed in order:

The splat document is removed from the database.
All SplatView records for the splat are removed.
The external user's usedBytes storage quota is decremented by fileSizeBytes.
S3 assets are deleted — either the LOD folder (for splatType: "lod") or the single splat file plus thumbnails.
Cache tags splat-{id}, splat-meta-{id}, home-portfolio are revalidated.
